1. Visit your Gumroad Account and login with the email and password you used to create your subscription to Merch Database.
2.  Navigate to your “Library” page with Gumroad and cancel your subscription to Merch Database by clicking on the “Merch Database” product within your Library.
3. Look for the “Cancel” button and click on it to cancel your Merch Database subscription with Gumroad payments.
4. Then, either use our simple form below or write to refunds@merchdatabase.com with the email you used to sign-up for Merch Database at Gumroad and request your refund within the first 30 days of purchase.

If your cancellation request comes from an email address other than email address you registered with at Gumroad we may ask you for additional information including but not limited to: registered email, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date etc.
